姜切片、葱切段，把鱼片放入大碗中，加入盐，料酒，葱段，姜片，放到一边腌渍10分钟左右。鱼头和鱼尾也放进去一同腌渍。&lt;br /&gt;3. 腌渍鱼肉的时间来处理配料，青椒洗净，去蒂及籽，切成长方形的片，火腿也切成相同大小;再准备一些蔬菜丁;鸡蛋打散;取适量面粉备用。裹上蛋液及面粉，炸后口感比较好，也可以保持鱼肉的水分不流失。&lt;br /&gt;4. 锅中倒入适量油，烧热后将鱼头、鱼尾、鱼片均匀裹上蛋液，再均匀裹上面粉，入锅炸酥，捞起沥干。炸的时候一片一片的放入。待鱼肉炸完，放入青椒片过一下油。&lt;br /&gt;5. style="font-size:100%;"&gt;熱鑊煮熔牛肉後，加入蒜蓉、乾蔥粒爆香，倒入半碗步驟九的湯底及2杯牛奶，加入約兩碗清水煮滾，然後放入芝士片煮熔。滾後可加適量胡椒粉、鹽調味。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;將炸好的龍蝦排在伊麵上，預先灼熟的龍蝦頭、尾亦在此時加入。淋上芝士汁，灑上少許碎芝士。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span
